"Using this on a 7 speed Jamis boss cruiser that the local crackheads stole, then abandoned in the parking lot of the old abandoned social services building. For whatever reason, they decided after their theft to rip off the brakes and fix the derailleur on the lowest gear, which I guess busted the original. I ordered a shimano tourney that I thought matched the original off of that "rainforest" site, but it didn't mount onto the wheel correctly. After some google-fu I came to mikes bikes which had the perfect replacement with the correct mount. Now after installation I'm the envy of all the crackheads. Purchase a lock as well to add some security and longevity to your repairs."
